  • We work by appointment only — there is no walk-in possibility.

    You can easily book your session via our website. There you’ll see exactly which therapists are available and when.

  • You can book sessions of 30, 60, 90 or 120 minutes.

    We generally recommend 90 minutes — this gives your body more time to truly relax and allows us to work more in depth.

  • The total session time includes:

    • a short intake

    • time to change

    • the massage itself

    • a few minutes to rest afterwards

    We always aim to give you as much hands-on time as possible, while still allowing space to arrive and integrate.

  • Choose the treatment that feels closest to what you need — it’s always a starting point.

    We don’t follow fixed routines.
    Every session is tailored to your body and can shift during the massage.

    First time? A relaxation massage is always a good place to start.

    • Drink enough water beforehand

    • Don’t eat too much right before your session

    • A warm shower can help your body relax

    Wear comfortable clothing and avoid valuable items.

  • We recommend arriving a few minutes before your session.

    This gives you time to:

    • arrive calmly

    • use the restroom

    • settle into the space

    Your therapist will pick you up at the start time of your session.

  • We have two locations in Amsterdam:

    Jordaan
    Located inside Double Shift
    Lauriergracht 102

    Amsterdam Noord
    Located in a modern health & wellbeing centre (BOLD building area)

  • At both locations, you can check in and take a seat.
    Your therapist will come and get you at the start of your session.

    Lockers are available at both locations.
    However, we recommend leaving valuable items at home.

  • Yes, up to 24 hours in advance — free of charge.

    After that:

    • 12–24 hours before → 50% of the session price

    • Less than 12 hours → 100% of the session price

    We reserve this time especially for you and your therapist.

  • If you arrive late, this will shorten your session.

    We always charge the full session time, as the therapist has reserved this time specifically for you.

  • We do not perform massages if you have:

    • fever

    • contagious skin conditions

    For other medical conditions (e.g. injuries, medication, illness), please consult your doctor if in doubt.

    Always inform your therapist beforehand so we can adapt the session safely.

  • At the start of your session, we’ll ask a few short questions about your health and expectations.

    This helps us tailor the session to you.

    All information is treated confidentially.

  • We work with care, attention and professionalism.

    Any inappropriate behaviour or suggestions will result in the session being stopped immediately.

  • Gift vouchers and Tamer Cards are valid for 2 years.

    They are not tied to a name and can be used by someone else.

    If you come more often, a Tamer Card offers a better rate per session.

  • Lockers are available at both locations.

    However, we recommend not bringing valuable items.
    We cannot be held responsible for damage or loss.
