Jannis.
Jannis’ passion for movement began at a very young age, giving him the opportunity to practice a wide variety of movement forms at a high level. From sports such as volleyball and track & field to more mindful and creative practices such as martial arts, acrobatics and yoga. Through this diverse practice, Jannis was able to build a very in-depth understanding of how the body moves, as well as what it takes to keep it healthy and balanced. More recently, he studied holistic massage at the Akademie voor Massage en Beweging in Amsterdam and traditional Thai Yoga Massage in Chiang Mai, Thailand.
In his practice, he combines his knowledge of movement, anatomy and physiology with his understanding of Eastern and Yogic philosophy and mindfulness to build a holistic image of his clients. His goal is to find and treat the root of his clients’ ailments, and, as such, his sessions are rooted in connection and tailored specifically for each individual. Jannis believes that the most powerful way to help his clients is to help them learn how to help themselves, so in addition to providing more immediate relief in his sessions, he is more than happy to provide exercises or lifestyle advice on how to do so.

What people are saying.
“Jannis' massages are the best, every time again. He doesn't just give a massage, he is fully present, feels, cares for, and works with you and your body. I'm grateful to have found him.”
— Marie-Claire
“Jannis’s approach to his craft is thoughtful, responsive and respectful. The massage itself was exceptional, but he also made sure to create a safe environment and genuinely wanted to understand my pain points and physiological needs. He even gave me some recommendations for stretches based on my issues afterwards. Highly recommend!”
— Brendan de Wolf
“Jannis really felt what my body needed. Often in massages it's too fast for me and Jannis really slowed down and eased into the tension in my body. I felt a lot of release and safety. I enjoyed it and it also felt quite healing.”
— Yannick de Wit
