Nina.

People quickly feel at ease with Nina. She is fully present, offering genuine attention and a calm, welcoming space. Her approach is intuitive, holistic and therapeutic, combining relaxation massage with deep tissue techniques, always guided by what your body needs in the moment.

Nina trained as a massage therapist at Esoterra and has practised yoga for eighteen years. She understands the importance of movement and breath, and may gently guide your breathing during a session to help you slow down, release tension and reconnect with your body.

Having experienced tension herself, Nina knows the value of slowing down. She discovered that giving a massage can be just as grounding as receiving one. This understanding is at the heart of her work.

Alongside massage, Nina is a photographer and filmmaker. Years behind the camera have taught her to observe closely and connect with people, qualities she naturally brings to the massage table. She finds beauty in the trust people place in her, often shortly after meeting.

Outside work, you'll find her drawing with oil pastels, walking in the woods with her kids or dancing with friends.
