Over the years we’ve realized there’s so much more to us than just chair massage and yoga. Our whole team is filled with people who have made physical, emotional and mental well-being their life purpose. There’s so much experience and knowledge to be shared, knowledge that can be of great value to the health- and happiness of your team. Therefore we’ve developed our vitality coaching program.
Our aim with the vitality program is to help you reduce the hassle of unhappy or overworked employees by empowering them to create healthier routines. We aim to become your ally in keeping you and your team happy and healthy.
Like always, we’ll kick-start our partnership by making an inventory of your goals and wishes. Whether it’s more focus, or more balance amongst your team that you’re aiming for, we can cater both.
WHAT WE OFFER
Practicalities
During the program, we’ll be checking in with every member of your team regularly. These tailor made, one-on-one sessions will be approximately twenty minutes long. We’ll bombard your employees with tailor made tips & tricks to: maintain a healthy work/life balance, balance energy throughout the day, incorporate relaxation in a work-day, create effective routines, etc. The techniques we used are derived from yoga, breathwork, massage and meditation. And to make everyone's lives so much easier, we’ll be working with an online booking-tool during the program. That way, your employees can easily book a session whenever they are available.
Story
An employee who started working with the company during the pandemic had never met his colleagues and worked from his home office. He encountered poor guidance to learn the job and encountered higher levels of stress because of it. The online yoga and breathwork gave him tools to manage these stress levels and do the job as expected by his colleagues and manager.
