This is where Transformational Bodywork begins.

Rooted in over two decades of hands-on experience and refined through years of deep inner work, this session is an invitation to meet yourself in your body — gently, clearly, and truthfully. You won’t just be massaged; you’ll be met, held, and guided back to the intelligence within.

What to expect during a session

Transformational Bodywork brings together the five core elements Michiel teaches in his Intuitive Toolbox training:

  • Rocking — to reset your nervous system

  • Deep Tissue — to release deep physical holding

  • Breathwork — to drop into presence and truth

  • Thai Massage — to restore space and flow

  • Chi Nei Tsang — to open the belly and center

Michiel works from crown to soles, intuitively following the body’s language. Through touch and subtle verbal cues, he guides your awareness inward — helping your brain slow down, your breath deepen, and your system drop from fight-or-flight into parasympathetic rest. He pays special attention to the vagus nerve, the psoas, and the belly: places where emotion and energy often hide.

The rhythm is slow. The space is safe. The touch is both firm and deeply attuned. It’s not about fixing, but about remembering. Reclaiming. Coming home.

But for those ready to go deeper, we recommend a series of 5 sessions (available at a discounted rate via Muti Session Pass). Working in a series allows the body and nervous system to integrate gradually, and opens the door for lasting transformation.

Not quite ready for Transformational Bodywork? Try Holistic Bodywork

If you’re simply looking for a massage — one that helps you relax, release tension, and recharge — Michiel also offers Holistic Bodywork sessions. You can choose any treatment from the Tension Tamers menu (Relaxation Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Thai Massage, etc.), and receive it through the hands and presence of an exceptionally experienced therapist.

Holistic Bodywork is grounded, skilled, and deeply nourishing — but it doesn’t aim to guide deep inner processes. It’s massage in its purest, most healing form. Perfect when you want to feel better in your body, without going too deep too fast.

Both paths are valid. Both are welcome. You decide what you’re ready for.

  • 90 minute bodywork session with Michiel was the most comprehensive treatment I have gotten in a long while. Not one part of my body, including my face, was left out. I left there lighter, looser and relaxed. After the session, I experienced a bit of an emotional release as well, and I have to say that coming open-minded and trying to let go definitely helped.
